Welcome to the home of Punjab Colts Football Club. Punjab Colts are the oldest Asian football club in Nottingham, formed in the early 1980's. After a number of years in and out of local league football with varying levels of success, in recent years Colts have only been entering the summer Khalsa Football Federation tournaments and have done reasonably well considering we have not played league football together for the best part of 5 years.

2007 will hopefully see the re-emergence of Punjab Colts as a major community football club with a structure that will ensure success in the long term. The senior team has entered the EMPAL Sunday morning football league and start the campaign in division 4. The club, along with the Sikh temple, also provide support and coaching to kids from the ages of 5-16, the sessions take place on Sunday mornings on the forest (astro turf).

The football clubs key objectives are to achieve success at all levels both on and off the pitch. We clearly want to improve and ensure the senior side is successful, provide an opportunity to the kids of our community to get involved in a structured sporting environment and encourage discipline and fair play. As well as being an opportunity to develop fitness and sporting capabilities, the club also encourages our youngsters develop social environment by bringing members together from across the city/region.

As will all such projects sponsorship and support is critical. We are currently funded by the Nottingham Sikh Temple and by our own players, but any addititional sponsorship or support with helping develop the club is more then welcome.
